Voted Connecticut's Favorite Farmers' Market in 2021, 2022,  and 2023. The Monroe Farmers' Market focuses on sustainable and locally produced food. We support Connecticut farms and teach the community the value of healthy, local food by providing our patrons with a valuable link to producers. Because most food travels hundreds or even thousands of miles to reach customers, we're even helping to reduce the carbon footprint of everyone who shops at the farmers' market. The market is not only good for the environment, but it provides a wonderful sense of community and a taste of rural living in Monroe.

The market is run by volunteers, but because of contributions we receive from businesses and individuals, we are able to promote the market and provide entertainment and educational opportunities for children and adults.

Supporting Local Businesses
In return for your contribution, we have the following option:

Sponsorship (Marketing only) - $220 per season

• Weekly mention in our newsletter that goes to more than 2k people
• Strategic social media mention every month 
• Logo and mention on our Sponsor sign located at the Volunteer Table each week
• Mention on our Sponsors website page for the Season
• This option level does not include Market appearances and is strictly a Marketing/Social Media option.

New for 2024! Sponsorship (Marketing plus Appearances)

• With the revised structure, the Sponsorship fee does not include Market appearances. New for this year is the opportunity to reserve up to 4 visits to the Market for an additional $40 per visit.
