Since our cooking demo was such a huge hit at this week's farmers' market, here's the recipe for all of you to enjoy! This is a great use for kale, which is available at the farmers' market for much of the growing season.
Kale, Peach & Coconut Smoothie

Optional: You can add a big scoop of greek yogurt or some almond milk for added creaminess.
